I was disappointed that this phone didn't have a hold button that offered a melody. The manual says, "When in an office equipped with PABX, your unit makes it easy to transfer calls." It then gives instructions but never states while they are holding to be transferred they are listening to music unless that is what the PABX does. But there is no hold button.
